- Basic Plans: Requires weekly app visits to remain active. Offers amazing prize pool participation opportunity, where the user will get the chance to gain up to 100% profit base on the total investment, along with a chance to get amazing prizes.
- Premium Plans:Â Requires weekly app visits to remain active. Offers access to bigger prize pool participation opportunity, where the user will get the chance to gain a higher prize pool rewards with no limitations, and up to 100% profit base on the total investment, along with chance to win major jackpot.
- Users can invest in up to five Basic and five Premium plans.
- Any plan can be activated via the application, just by clicking the plan activation button.
4. Prize Pool Policies
Users have the chance to win rewards from the prize pool as part of their investment plans, which includes users gaining up to 300% profit or amazing prizes depending upon their plan from which the prize pool ticket is generated.
4.1 Prize Pool Tickets Policy
Prize pool tickets represent a user’s entry/participation in gaining prize pool rewards.
4.2 Winning Policy
Winning in the form of an amount will be shown in the user wallet area upon the Yaqeen application.
4.3 Increasing Winning Chances
Users can increase their chances of winning by investing in more Basic and Premium plans and by keeping their plans active.
5. Withdrawal Policies
5.1 Verification Requirement
Upon withdrawal request, Yaqeen reserves the right to ask for verification via CNIC.
5.2 Applicable Taxes
Any kind of withdrawal, including overall investment withdrawal, is subject to applicable taxes.
5.3 Â Instant Withdrawals
Instant withdrawals are allowed only if the user has gained minimum of 300 PKR in the wallet. (taxes applied).
5.4 Full Refund Eligibility
Users are eligible for a full refund only if they did not gain any profit from the prize pool. This includes the winning amount shown in the wallet and after actively activating the plans for over one year.
5.5 Inactive Users’ Withdrawal Policy
If a user has been inactive and wishes to withdraw their investment, they can only request a withdrawal after one year has passed. Yaqeen reserves the right to provide a specific time and date when the withdrawal will be processed. In addition, within the period of withdrawal, the user cannot participate in any prize pool or plan activation activities. After a successful overall plans withdrawal, the account will be permanently deleted. Rest assured, the user will get his/her refund.
6. User Responsibilities
- Any user found violating these terms will be blocked, where the user will have 5 working days to provide a proper statement upon the situation. Failing to do so will lead to permanent suspension.
- Users must ensure their account information is accurate.
- Fraudulent activities, multiple accounts, or abuse of the system will result in account suspension.
- Active participation is essential for the ecosystem. Each user must ensure their investment plans remain active.
- Yaqeen is not responsible if a user gives cash to any person falsely representing Yaqeen or trying to bypass these terms and conditions, and/or promising high returns on high investments.
7. Platform Rights
- Yaqeen reserves the right to modify any of its services. In such circumstances, Yaqeen will provide specific updates to the users.
- We may update these terms, and continued use of our platform implies acceptance of the new terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Yaqeen is not responsible for any financial loss due to user decisions or external factors affecting investments.
- The platform does not guarantee specific profits; however, the user’s capital remains secure.
- Yaqeen plans are only available on the official Yaqeen website. Yaqeen and its staff do not accept cash and strongly encourage all investments to be made via the official website.
